Creating alts to bypass service limitations.

Your Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account. Assure that only trusted people have access. Proper management and maintenance of your services including security measures, are your responsibility.

Service Reliability:
Elysiannodes offers a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or downtime.

Support and Communication:
We provide support for all users including the ones who are using our free services. Our primary communication channel is through Discord. Staying active in our Discord is important for receiving support and important news.

Changes to Terms:
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Bigger changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our services after these changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
Monitoring and Enforcement:
We are keeping an eye on how our services are being used to make sure that those conditions are met. In case these conditions are breached, we have the right to act, including suspending or canceling the accounts.

Governing Law
The laws of Finland are the governing laws of these Terms of Service. Any possible disputes between the parties that might arise from these terms are to be resolved in the courts of Finland.
